On November 12, 2024, Council completed items 1 - 3, heard the staff presentation, asked questions to staff, heard from public speakers and closed the speakers list and receipt of public comments for item 4. Council subsequently recessed and will reconvene on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 6 pm to hear closing comments and debate and decision on item 4 and complete the remainder of the agenda.
On November 14, 2024, Council completed Item 4, heard the staff presentations, opening comments, heard from public speakers and closed the speakers list and receipt public comments for items 5, 6 and 7. Questions to staff, debate and decision for items 5, 6 and 7 have been referred to the Council meeting on November 26, 2024, at 9:30 am as Unfinished Business.
