On July 5, 2022, Council approved items 1 to 4 and began item 5. CD-1 Rezoning: 2009-2037 Stainsbury Avenue.
Please Note: Item 5. CD-1 Rezoning: 2009-2037 Stainsbury Avenue has been rescheduled at the new added Public Hearing on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 6 pm.
The Public Hearing on July 28, 2022, replaces the Public Hearing for this item that commenced on July 5, 2022.
On July 21, 2022, for Item 6. CD-1 Rezoning: 906-982 West 18th Avenue and 907-969 West 19th Avenue, Council received presentations from staff and the applicant, asked a round of questions and heard from speakers. The receipt of speakers and public comments have closed and Council recessed the meeting to Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 9:30 am for closing comments, questions to staff, followed by debate and decision.
