On April 7, 2021, Council concluded item 3.

Council heard a staff presentation and asked questions of staff for item 4. The meeting recessed at 10 pm and will reconvene on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at 6 pm, to cotinue with item 4 - East Fraser Lands Official Development Plan and Public Amenity Financial Plan and Strategy: 10-year Review and Update.

On March 11, 2021, Council approved Item 1 with no changes.

On April 1, Council approved Item 2 with changes. Council then heard opening comments from staff for Item 3, and began hearing from the public. The Public Hearing recessed and will reconvene on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at 6 pm, to finish Item 3, and deal with Item 4.
