On June 28, 2022, Council approved items 1 and 2, and heard presentations from staff and the applicant team, asked questions to staff and the applicant team, and heard up to speaker 7 on item 3. Due to time constraints, Council will continue to hear from speakers on item 3 starting with speaker 8 on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, starting at 6 pm.

On June 29, 2022, Council heard from registered speakers up to speaker 46 for item 3. The Public Hearing has recessed until tomorrow, June 30th at 3 pm and will continue to consider item 3 - CD-1 Rezoning: 2086-2098 West 7th Avenue, and 2091 West 8th Avenue, and will start with speaker 47.

On June 30, 2022, Council heard from registered speakers up to speaker 116 for item 3. The Public Hearing has recessed until Thursday, July 14th at 3 pm and will continue to consider item 3 - CD-1 Rezoning: 2086-2098 West 7th Avenue, and 2091 West 8th Avenue, and will start with speaker 117.

On July 14, 2022, Council heard from registered speakers up to speaker 225 for item 3. The Public Hearing has recessed until Monday, July 25th at 3 pm and will continue to consider item 3 - CD-1 Rezoning: 2086-2098 West 7th Avenue, and 2091 West 8th Avenue, and will start with speaker 226.

On July 25, 2022, Council concluded hearing from speakers, closed the speakers list and receipt of public comments and referred closing comments and debate and decision on the item to the reconvening Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 26, at 3 pm.
