- This meeting is to be convened by electronic means as authorized by Ministerial Order No. M192, “Local Government Meetings and Bylaw Process (COVID-19) Order No. 3”.
- Following updated guidance issued on September 10, 2021, there is a maximum allowable capacity for public in-person participation permitted in the Council Chamber, for local government meetings, and public hearings under the Provincial Health Officer (PHO) Order on Gatherings and Events.
