1. 100% No Smoking By-law Initiative Dr. John Blatherwick, Medical Health Officer, will speak to the 100% No Smoking By-law Initiative Consultation Report dated August 3, 1995. Mr. David Garth, Manager, Chamber of Commerce, San Luis Obispo, California, will speak on the impacts on area businesses of San Luis Obispo's 1990 ban on smoking in public places. Council is presently scheduled to hear delegations on this issue at an evening meeting on September 28, 1995.
