Note:

The reconvened Public Hearing of February 5 and 19, 2013 will reconvene on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 6:30 pm, to continue hearing speakers regarding the rezoning application for 1600 Beach Avenue and 1651 Harwood Street starting with speaker number 34.

On February 5, 2013, Council approved the following:

1. TEXT AMENDMENT – Mount Pleasant Light Industrial Areas (I-1) – approved with no changes

2. TEXT AMENDMENT – Artist Studios in Industrial Areas – approved with no changes

On February 20, 2013, Council concluded the Public Hearing for 1600 Beach Avenue and 1651 Harwood Street and referred discussion and decision to the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, as Unfinished Business.
