• At the Public Hearing, Council concluded hearing from speakers and referred discussion and decision on the rezoning application for 508 Helmcken Street to the Regular Council meeting on Tuesday, July 23, 2013, as Unfinished Business.
• Public comments received before 5:00 pm on Monday, July 22, 2013, will be distributed to Council prior to any decision being rendered on the rezoning application for 508 Helmcken Street. Comments may be delivered to the City Clerk's Office on the Third Floor of City Hall or emailed to mayorandcouncil@vancouver.ca
