On June 2, 2026, Council approved Reports 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 13, 16, 17, 19, 21 to 24, Referral Reports 1 to 11, By-laws 1 to 42, Administrative Motion 1, Notice of Council Members' Motions, New Business, and Enquiries and Other Matters. Council also heard the staff presentation for Report 3. Due to time constraints, Council will reconvene on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 3 pm in the Council Chamber and electronically to continue with questions to staff, hearing from speakers and debate and decision on Report 3, as well as dealing with the remainder of the agenda.

PROCLAMATION – Italian Heritage Month
IN CAMERA MEETING
THAT Council will go into meetings later this week which are closed to the public, pursuant to Section 165.2(1) of the Vancouver Charter, to discuss matters related to paragraphs:
(e) the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the Council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the city;
(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of an activity, work or facility that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the Council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the city if they were held in public.
FURTHER THAT Council will go into meetings later this week which are closed to the public, pursuant to Section 165.2(2) of the Vancouver Charter, to discuss matters related to paragraph:
(b) the consideration of information received and held in confidence relating to negotiations
