- In-person on the day of the public hearing; 30 minutes before the start of the hearing at City Hall
When the registered speakers' list has been completed and if you haven't yet spoken and would like to, follow the phone instructions provided by the Chair or attend in person and approach the podium when the Chair calls for additional speakers.
