Council referred discussion and decision on Item 4 to the Regular Council meeting on July 21, 2015, as Unfinished Business. Subsequently at the July 21, 2015, Regular Council meeting, discussion and decision of the Rezoning for 1754-1772 Pendrell was postponed to the next Regular Council meeting on September 15, 2015, as Unfinished Business.
