The meeting recessed at 10 pm and will reconvene and on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 6 pm, to continue hearing from speakers on Item 4 - Amendments to the Zoning and Development By-law to Increase Social Housing in the RM-4 and RM-3A Zoining Districts..
