1. Naming Rights and Commemorative Naming Policies, Civic Community Facilities (Video Clip of this Item)
At the City Services and Budgets meeting on November 2, 2006, Council had before it for consideration a Policy Report dated September 25, 2006, entitled "Naming Rights and Commemorative Naming Policies, Civic Community Facilities". After hearing from members of the public who had requested to speak, Council referred decision on the recommendations contained within the report to the November 14, 2006, Regular Council meeting as Unfinished Business.

2. Actions to Address Homelessness (Video Clip of this Item - Part 1); (Video Clip of this Item - Part 2)
Following the hearing of speakers at the Standing Committee on Planning and Environment meeting on November 2, 2006, Vancouver City Council referred discussion and decision on a motion on Actions to Address Homelessness to the Regular Council meeting on November 14, 2006, as Unfinished Business.
3. Free Parking for Veterans during Remembrance Day Week (Video Clip of this Item)
At the Regular Council meeting following the Standing Committee on City Services and Budgets on November 2, 2006, Councillor Louie submitted a Motion entitled "Free Parking for Veterans during Remembrance Day Week". Councillor Capri called Notice under Section 5.4(c) of the Procedure By-law. The Motion was referred to the Regular Council meeting following the Standing Committee on Planning and Environment held later that day.
Subsequently, due to time constraints, Vancouver City Council referred discussion and decision on the Motion to the Regular Council meeting on November 14, 2006, as Unfinished Business.
