Arrangements have been made for Council to be provided with a report reference related to the 2000-2002 Capital Plan.
Accordingly, the General Manager of Corporate Services, Estelle Lo, will present an information video, followed by a presentation of Municipal Service Reports (previously circulated to Council on February 15, 1999).
The Director of Finance, Hugh Creighton, will then present information on the Capital Plan Financial Policies and Limits, as outlined in the Administrative Report dated March 9, 1999.
