THAT the form of development for the CD-1 zoned site known as 1742 West 2nd Avenue be approved generally as illustrated in Development Application No. 403759 prepared by T. Ecker, and stamped “Received, City of Vancouver Planning Department, November 12, 1998”, provided that the Director of Planning may approve design changes which would not adversely affect either the development character and livability of this site or adjacent properties.
