On Thursday, November 13, 2025, Council resumed hearing from public speakers on Item 1 - 2026 Capital and Operating Budget. Due to time constraints, the meeting was recessed and will reconvene on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 3 pm in order to continue hearing from speakers, starting with speaker #450.
At the reconvened Special Council (2026 Budget) meeting on November 18, 2025, Council resumed hearing from public speakers and got through the whole Speakers List of people who were present when their name was called. Council began going back through the names of people not previously present on the Speakers List. The meeting will reconvene to continue hearing speakers previously missed on November 19, 2025, at 3 pm, starting with speaker 292.
