1. A By-Law to amend the First Shaughnessy District Schedule of Zoning and Development By-Law No. 3575 regarding small-scale multi-unit housing in the First Shaughnessy District and other miscellaneous amendments
(Councillors Boyle, Dominato, Montague and Mayor Sim were absent at the Public Hearing and will need to review the proceedings to be eligible to vote)
2. A By-law to amend the Heritage Conservation Area Official Development Plan By-Law No. 11349 regarding small-scale multi-unit housing and other miscellaneous amendments
