This is a Special Council meeting called by the Mayor under section 2.5(a) and 14.5 of the Procedure By-law for the purpose of engaging Council in a workshop to discuss Vancouver Plan and hear from relevant experts.
- This meeting is to be convened by electronic means as authorized by Ministerial Order No. M192, “Local Government Meetings and Bylaw Process (COVID-19) Order No. 3”.
- As of August 25, 2021, masks are mandatory in all indoor public spaces, even if you are vaccinated, until further notice.
- Members of the public may attend City Hall to hear the meeting proceedings but are strongly urged to listen to the proceedings via the City’s website or follow Twitter @VanCityClerk
- Health protocols associated with COVID-19 will be observed for all persons in attendance
- Speakers will not be heard at this meeting
