On July 13, 2015, Council concluded the Public Hearing on this matter, and referred discussion and decision to the Regular Council meeting on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, as Unfinished Business. Subsequently, at the Regular Council meeting on July 21, 2015, Council agreed to refer discussion and decision to the Regular Council meeting on September 15, 2015, to allow time to complete the tenant relocation program.
