1. Secondhand Dealers and Pawnbrokers By-law No. 2807 and License By-law No. 4450 Update and ChangesCouncil, on November 7, 2002, considered Policy Report "Secondhand Dealers and Pawnbrokers By-law No. 2807 and License By-law No. 4450 Update and Changes ", dated October 30, 2002 and heard from delegations. Council postponed a decision on several recommendations from the report pending the receipt of additional information.
The requested information will be distributed when available.
