On October 21, 26, and 27, 2021, Council completed item 1, By-law 1, and began item 2: completed hearing the staff presentation, asked questions to staff, and completed hearing from speakers.
Due to time constraints, the meeting will reconvene on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 3 pm, in order to continue with an additional round of questions to staff, followed by debate and decision on item 2.
