On November 3, 2020, Council recessed and will reconvene on Thursday, November 5, 2020, at 3 pm and will continue with hearing from speakers on Presentation 1 - Climate Emergency Action Plan.
Council also referred Reports 2 (Community Housing Incentive Program Grants) and 3 (2020 Social Grants: COVID Recovery Grants) to the Council meeting following the Standing Committee on Policy and Strategic Priorities meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at 9:30 am, as Unfinished Business.
On November 5, 2020, Council continued to hear from speakers on Presentation 1 - Climate Emergency Action Plan. Council will continue to hear from speakers starting with speaker 55 on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at 3 pm.

ROLL CALL
IN CAMERA MEETING
THAT Council will go into meetings later this week which are closed to the public, pursuant to Section 165.2(1) of the Vancouver Charter, to discuss matters related to paragraphs:
(c) labour relations or other employee relations;
(e) the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the Council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the city;
