At the October 17, 2006, meeting of the Standing Committee on Transportation and Traffic, Council heard from all speakers on this item and, due to time constraints, agreed to refer further discussion, the pending motion and amendment, and decision as Unfinished Business to the Council meeting immediately following the Standing Committee on City Services and Budgets meeting on October 19, 2006.
