2.   Citizens' Assembly on Electoral Reform

At its meeting on April 26, 2005 , Vancouver City Council agreed to invite a representative of the BC Citizens' Assembly on Electoral Reform to its Regular Council meeting on May 10, 2005 .

Accordingly arrangements have been made to invite Craig Henschel to give a brief presentation on the Assembly's recommendation for electoral reform.
