ADOPTION OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of March 3, 2005, to be adopted.
1. World Peace Forum 2006 (Video Clip)
The following reports refer:

2. 2005 Community Services Grants Allocation (Video Clip)
The attached Administrative Report dated March 11, 2005 , refers. Also attached is a Late Memorandum dated March 22, 2005, which provides an update to the Report re: Funding Changes.

3. Get Out! - Olympic Youth Legacy for Physical Activity, Sport, Culture and the Arts - Grants Recommendations (Video Clip)

4. 2005 Property Tax Options: Averaging Effects (Video Clip)
Vancouver City Council, at its meeting on March 3, 2005, authorized the Director of Finance to place advertisements advising the public that Council is considering enacting an averaging by-law and inviting input at today's meeting.
The relevant Policy Report dated February 14, 2005, and extract from the March 3rd meeting are attached and refer.
The relevant by-law will be dealt with at the Council meeting immediately following the City Services and Budgets meeting.
