ADOPTION OF MINUTES

The minutes of the meeting of November 18, 2004, to be adopted.

1. Amendments to By-law No. 2875 - A by-law to establish the Vancouver Athletic Commission (Video Clip of this Item)  

The attached Report from the Vancouver Athletic Commission dated October 27, 2004, refers.

A copy of the report has been sent to the Vancouver Athletic Commission.

2. Reallocation of Funding to My Own Backyard (MOBY) Community Association (Video Clip of this Item)  

The attached Administrative Report dated November 30, 2004, refers.

Copies of the report have been sent to interested parties, some of whom may wish to speak.

3. Grant to 'Save Our Living Environment' (Video Clip of this Item)

Vancouver City Council, at its meeting on December 14, 2004, received a request to speak on this matter and agreed to refer consideration to a Standing Committee meeting on December 16, 2004, in order to hear from the speaker.

Accordingly, the attached Administrative Report dated November 30, 2004, refers.

6. Hastings Park/PNE Implementation Plan, Staffing and Resources (Video Clip of this Item)  

Vancouver City Council, at its meeting on December 14, 2004, received a request to speak on this matter and agreed to refer consideration to a Standing Committee meeting on December 16, 2004, in order to hear from the speaker.
