REPORT REFERENCE
1. Vancouver International Airport Authority
Jane Fleming, Director, together with Larry Berg, President and CEO, and Anne Murray, Director of Environment, Vancouver International Airport Authority, will report on airport activities previously discussed with Council and completed in 1999, and give an overview of issues arising in 2000.
2. Implementation of the Proposed Sewer Utility
a) Jeff Addis, Sewers Engineer, will make a presentation on the implementation of BOD/TSS/Flow Charges for Industrial Users. The relevant Administrative Report will be considered by Council on March 7, 2000.
b) Ken Bayne, Director of Financial Planning and Treasury, will make a presentation on the implementation of the proposed Sewer Utility. The relevant Policy Report will be considered by Council on April 4, 2000.
