Council decided to provide an opportunity for Rabbi Wineberg, Lubavitch Centre, to speak at a Standing Committee meeting on December 2, 1999, and requested that staff provide a report back on the repercussions of granting the Lubavitch Centres request to eliminate requirements for the provision of a DCL and CAC.

Council instructed the Manager of Real Estate Services to seek expressions of interest from potential users and developers for the long term lease or sale of Taylor Manor and report back to Council for approval of any lease or sale.
