ADOPTION OF MINUTES

The minutes of the meeting of March 9, 2000, to be adopted.

1. Demolition of Nuisance/Dangerous Principal and Infill Buildings at

539 East 7th Avenue

At its meeting on February 17, 2000, Council agreed to postpone this matter for one month. Accordingly, the attached Administrative Report, dated January 12, 2000, refers.

Copies of the report were previously distributed to interested parties, some of whom may wish to speak.

2. Nuisance/Dangerous Building at 3047 East 27th Avenue

The attached Administrative Report dated March 3, 2000, refers.

Copies of the report have been distributed to interested parties, some of whom may wish to speak.

3. Nuisance Building at 2549 Fraser Street

The Committee, at its meeting on March 16, 2000, directed staff to obtain a copy of the Supreme Court Order setting aside the City's 1994 resolution ordering the building at 2549 Fraser Street be demolished to ascertain whether or not the City is now legally authorized to proceed with the demolition of the subject property and to report back.

Accordingly, Carlene Robbins, Manager, Bylaw Administration and Records, will provide the requested information to the Committee in a verbal report.

4. Approval of Business Improvement Area (BIA) Budgets

The attached Administrative Report dated March 15, 2000, refers.

5. Proposed Amendment to Subdivision By-law No. 5208

Site Reclassification of Six Properties at 1720 to 1774 East 56th Avenue
