Minutes of the meeting.

1. Oaths of Office Will be administered by the Honourable Mr. Justice W.T. Oppal, of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, to Mayor-Elect Philip W. Owen and then to the Councillors-Elect

2. The Mayor will call the Council to order.

3. The City Clerk will call the roll.

4. Invocation By the Reverend Dr. Harry S.D. Robinson

5. Inaugural Address

6. Appointments of Deputy Mayors

7. Appointments of Standing Committees and Commissions of Council

8. Appointment of Council Representatives to Boards and Commissions; and of Special Advisory Committees and Liaisons

9. Council Meeting Dates

At this point, Mayor Owen will present Badges of Office to the new members of Council:

Councillor Fred Bass
Councillor Tim Louis
Councillor Sandy McCormick

The Mayor, on behalf of Council, will invite guests and the public to a reception in the Foyer.
