The following recommendations of the Standing Committee on Planning and Environment were adopted by Vancouver City Council at its meeting immediately following the Standing Committee meeting.
1. Warning to Prospective Purchasers -
6875 Balaclava Street File: 2701-1
THAT the City Clerk be directed to file a 336D Notice against the Certificate of Title to the property at 6875 Balaclava Street (Strata Lot 3, District Lot 194, Strata Plan VAS2866), in order to warn prospective purchasers that there is a contravention of the Zoning and Development By-law and the Vancouver Building By-law related to this building.
2. Warning to Prospective Purchasers of
Individual Strata Lots at 2770 Fraser Street File: 2701-1
THAT the City Clerk be directed to file a 336D Notice against the Certificate of Title to each of the strata lots at 2770 Fraser Street (Strata Lots 1, 2 and 3, District Lot 264A, Strata Plan LMS1376) in order to warn prospective purchasers that there is a contravention of the Vancouver Building By-law related to this building.
3. Development of the Ridgeway Greenway/Bikeway -
West Extension File: 5767
All delegations on this matter have now been heard, and decision deferred to a future meeting of Council (TBA).
4. Public Involvement Review File: 1011
This item was withdrawn from the agenda and referred to the October 8th meeting of the Planning and Environment Committee.
