On September 29, 2020, due to time constraints, Council referred hearing from speakers, debate and decision, on the following two items to the reconvening meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at 1pm:
- Item 6: Mental Health and Addiction Reform: An Expert-Led Cross-Jurisdictional Task Force
- Item 7: Short Term Actions to Preserve and Expand Access to Mental Health Resources and Housing in Grandview-Woodlands
On September 16, 2020, due to time constraints, Council referred hearing from speakers, debate and decision, on the following items to the reconvening meeting on September 29, 2020:
- Item 3: Enabling Creative and Easily Replicated "Missing Middle" Housing Pilots
- Item 4: Open Option Parking Policy - Removing On-Site Parking Minimum Requirements
- Item 6: Mental Health and Addiction Reform: An Expert-Led Cross-Jurisdictional Task Force
- Item 7: Short Term Actions to Preserve and Expand Access to Mental Health Resources and Housing in Grandview-Woodlands
Additionally, Council referred debate and decision on Item 2 - Granville Bridge Connector and Drake Street Improvements, to the reconvening meeting on September 29, 2020.
