At the Standing Committee on City Finance and Services meeting on January 31, 2018, Vancouver City Council received a presentation on the Northeast False Creek Plan (“NEFC Plan”) and Viaducts Replacement Project, heard from speakers and referred discussion and decision to a Special Council meeting on February 13, 2018.
