ADOPTION OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meetings of May 3 and May 17, 2007, to be adopted.
1. Vancouver Airport Authority Update (Video clip of this item)
Larry Berg, President and CEO, Philip Owen, City of Vancouver 's nominee to the Airport Authority Board, and Anne Murray, Vice-President, Community and Environmental Affairs, will present an update on airport issues and developments. Topics include airport results from 2006, the changing face of the industry and policies, terminal and Canada Line construction updates, and the relaunch of the YVR brand.

2. Nuisance Property at 3532 West 40 th Avenue (Video clip of this item)
The attached Administrative Report dated March 16, 2007, refers.
The report has been sent to interested parties, some of whom may wish to speak.
3. Significant New Rezoning: East Fraserlands Phase 1 Rezoning (Video Clip of this item)
The attached description of a significant new rezoning, prepared by the Planning Department, refers, and is for information only.
4. BC-Alberta Trade, Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement (TILMA) (Video clip of this item)
Vancouver City Council, at its Regular Meeting on May 29, 2007, referred the attached Administrative Report dated May 14, 2007, to a Standing Committee meeting on June 14, 2007, in order to hear from members of the public who had requested to speak.
Interested parties have been informed of this meeting, some of whom have indicated a wish to speak.
