Vancouver City Council, at its meeting on May 15, 2007, received a request to speak on this matter and agreed to refer consideration to the Standing Committee on City Services and Budgets meeting on May 17, 2007, in order to hear from the speaker.
Accordingly, the attached Administrative Report dated April 24, 2007, refers.
NOTICE
