Representations are received at this time relating only to errors in:

  (a)   names of property and business owners;

  (b)   frontage measurements;

  (c)   any variation of assessment because parcels are unequally benefitted or are of abnormal shape or situation.

 

3.   Motion to certify the correctness of the Special Assessment Roll

  (Note: Requests to adjust measurements and costs.)

Council will then reconvene for the purpose of determining whether to proceed with the project(s) and the manner of doing so.
