On July 18, 2006 , Vancouver City Council agreed to postpone consideration of the Report of the Roles, Relationships and Responsibilities Committee dated June 2006, to the Regular Council meeting immediately following the Standing Committee on Planning and Environment meeting on July 20, 2006 .
