on March 1, 2005, Councillor Louis submitted a motion on the above-noted matter.
Councillor Louie called Notice under Section 5.4(c) of the Procedure By-law. As
a request to speak had been received on this motion, Council agreed to consider
this motion at the next meeting of the Standing Committee on Planning and
Environment in order to hear from the speaker. The motion is
