On Thursday, February 17, 2005, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver business license for the year 2005 will be granted to Lisa Duong (the "License Applicant"), doing business as Friendly Shop Second Hand Store, for business premises located at 3085 Main Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant, with the aid of a Cantonese interpreter, will represent herself.
