On December 2, 2004, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2004 City of Vancouver business license granted to Nour's Food supplies Ltd., doing business as Hornby Smoke and Convenience Store (the "Licensee"), for business premises located at 979 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises") should be suspended or revoked.
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Licensee will represent himself.
Minutes of this meeting. These minutes will be adopted at the Regular Council meeting on January 18,
2005.
