THAT the 2004 City of Vancouver business license granted to Seoul Social Club, for business premises located at 622 East Broadway, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises"), be revoked because the Licensee has failed to properly manage these premises by:

a) failing to comply with the provisions of the Fire By-law of the City of Vancouver;

b) failing to comply with the provisions of the Zoning and Development By-law of the City of Vancouver;

c) serving liquor in contravention of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c.267 and the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 244/2002; and

d) failing to control the conduct of employees and patrons on the Premises.
