On Tuesday, October 19, 2004, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2004 City of Vancouver business license granted to Seoul Social Club (the "Licensee"), for business premises located at 622 East Broadway, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises") should be suspended or revoked.
Ben Parkin, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Counsel from Jonathan Baker & Associates, will represent the Licensee.
Decisions arising from this Hearing are available on the City's website the day after the meeting. Minutes are generally available on the website within one week following the meeting.
