ADOPTION OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of January 13, 2004, to be adopted.
1. Presentation - Transportation Demand Management
Todd Litman, Director, Victoria Transport Policy Institute, will provide a presentation on Transportation Demand Management.
2. Downtown Transportation Plan - Two-Way Street Conversion in Gastown
The attached Administrative Report dated January 27, 2004, refers.
Copies of the report have been distributed to interested parties, some of whom may wish to speak.
3. Public Sector Comparator for the Richmond Airport Vancouver Line Project
Vancouver City Council, at its meeting on January 13, 2004, referred consideration of the attached Motion to a future Standing Committee in order to hear from speakers.
The attached Motion entitled “Public Sector Comparator for the Richmond Airport Vancouver Line Project” refers.
