THAT Council will go into a meeting later this day which is closed to the public, pursuant to Section 165.2 of the Vancouver Charter, to discuss matters related to paragraph(s):

(e) the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the Council considers that disclosure might reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the city.

Council approved to renew the lease for the West Point Grey Branch Library at 4480 West 10^th Avenue.

Council authorized an Operating Agreement with the Portland Hotel Society for the operation of room in the Dominion Hotel, for the purpose of accommodating squatters camping at the Woodwards site.
