Administrative Report dated October 16, 2002, titled "Heritage Designation - Heather Pavilion (2733 Heather Street)" refers.

Summary: Heritage designation to secure the long-term protection of the 1906 Heather Pavilion and the two end bays and towers of the 1908 addition.

2. HERITAGE DESIGNATION: 640 West Pender Street

Administrative Report dated October 21, 2002, titled "Bank of Montreal Building (640 West Pender Street) - Designation and Heritage Revitalization Agreement" refers.

Summary: Heritage Revitalization Agreement and designation to authorize density bonus and secure the rehabilitation and the long-term protection of the "A" listed Bankof Montreal Building for use as the SFU Segal Centre for Graduate Management Studies.
