ADOPTION OF MINUTES

The minutes of the meeting of May 16, 2002, to be adopted.

1. A.S.T.C. Science World -

Annual Review and 2002 Operating Grant Request

The attached Administrative Report, dated May 15, 2002, refers.

A copy of the report has been provided to the President and CEO of Science World, who has indicated his wish to speak.

2. H.R. MacMillan Space Centre Society

- Annual Review and 2002 Operating Grant Request, Supplemental
Grant Request and Operating/Lease Agreement

The attached Administrative Report, dated May 7, 2002, refers.

A copy of the report has been provided to the Managing Director of H.R. MacMillan Space Centre Society, who has indicated his wish to speak.

3. East Fraser Lands: Cost Recovered Planning Program

Vancouver City Council at its meeting on May 28, 2002, considered a Policy Report dated May 23, 2002, entitled "East Fraser Lands: Cost Recovered Planning Program" and approved the recommendations contained therein . Also before Council was a request to speak from Mr. John Irwin, Coordinator, Southeast False Creek Working Group. Council agreed to invite Mr. Irwin to a future Standing Committee meeting in order to hear his concerns.

4. Development and Financing of 900/1100 East Kent Avenue

The attached Administrative Report, dated March 22, 2002, refers.

5. Relocation and Construction of a New Ready Mix and Precast

Concrete Facility to be Located at 900 East Kent Avenue Yard
