1. Lower Mainland Municipal Association Drug Strategy
Councillor Bob Fearnley from the City of North Vancouver, and representing the LMMA Drug and Crime Prevention Committee, will make a presentation regarding the LMMA Drug Strategy.

1. 2002 Operating Budget - Interim Report
At the April 11, 2002, Standing Committee on City Services and Budgets meeting, Council concluded the hearing of speakers on the reports noted below and completed consideration of the Administrative Report dated March 28, 2002, entitled 2002 Operating Budget - Interim Report.
Due to time constraints, decision on the following items was referred to this meeting:
(a) Administrative Report dated April 2, 2002, entitled 2002 Operating Budget: Public Consultation Process;
(b) Administrative Report dated April 2, 2002, entitled Impacts of the Provincial Budget on the City of Vancouver and attaching the following:
