SUBJECT: Revised Standing Committee Meeting Schedule for March 26 and 28, 2002

The City Clerk's Office has been advised that the GVRD Board of Directors meeting, originally scheduled for Wednesday, March 27, has been rescheduled to the morning of Thursday, March 28, 2002.

Therefore, Standing Committee meetings for March 26 and 28 have been revised as follows:

Tuesday, March 26, 9:30 a.m. - The Standing Committee on Transportation and Traffic meeting is CANCELLED.

Thursday, March 28, 9:30 a.m. - The Standing Committee on City Services and Budgets meeting will be RESCHEDULED for Tuesday, March 26, at 9:30 a.m.

The Standing Committee on Planning and Environment will be held as originally scheduled on Thursday, March 28 at 2:00 p.m.
