1. Heritage Designation: 2640 Oxford Street

A. THAT Council approves the designation of 2640 Oxford Street, listed on the Vancouver Heritage Register in the “C” category, as a protected heritage property.

B. THAT Council commends the building owners for designating their property on a voluntary basis and for participating in the Vancouver Heritage Foundation’s True Colours project.

2. Heritage Designation: 42 West 10th Avenue

A. THAT Council approves the designation of 42 West 10th Avenue, listed on the Vancouver Heritage Register in the “B” category, as a protected heritage property.

B. THAT Council commends the building owners for designating their property on a voluntary basis and for participating in the Vancouver Heritage Foundation’s True Colours project.

3. Heritage Designation: 46 West 10th Avenue

A. THAT Council approves the designation of 46 West 10th Avenue, listed on the Vancouver Heritage Register in the “B” category, as a protected heritage property.

B. THAT Council commends the building owners for designating their property on a voluntary basis and for participating in the Vancouver Heritage Foundation’s True Colours project.

4. Heritage Designation: 1641 Dunbar Street

A. THAT Council approves the designation of 1641 Dunbar Street, listed on the Vancouver Heritage Register in the “B” category, as a protected heritage property.

B. THAT Council commends the building owner for designating their property on a voluntary basis and for participating in the Vancouver Heritage Foundation’s True Colours project.
