If approved, the proposed amendment to the Heritage By-law would designate and relocate within the site the existing building, listed in B category on the Vancouver Heritage Register, as a protected heritage property, and enter into a Heritage Revitalization Agreement to vary the First Shaughnessy Official Development Plan to allow for a infill dwelling building of approximately 11,000 sq. ft. and other relaxations as described under Permit #DE403237.
